Help with your order

Step one: Please browse our site and make a note of the product code & name of any product you would like to order. Have these ready when you place your order. Remember when ordering magazines or VCD/CD's we will need the title of the magazine or VCD/CD you require.

Step two: You may place your order using the telephone on 03-599-4993 or 03-5993-1078 or Softbank 090-9183-9507 remember Softbank to Softbank calls are currently free.
Using fax on 03-5993-2854, please include your name, delivery address and a telephone number we can call you on and confirm your order; a long with the order details.
Plus you can email your order to sales@sonalihalalfood.com with the same information as for a fax.
Lastly you can use the email form on the contact page.

Step three: When we confirm your order by telephone we will inform you of the shipping costs. If you wish to cancel the order at this time you may do so.

Step four: Your order will be delivered to you by Yamato Takkyubin COD. Please pay the delivery person for your order.

If there is any problem with your order please contact us within three days of delivery.
