- We deliver to all of Japan by Yamato Takkyubin.
- Delivery is by Cash On Delivery (Daibiki). Payments for delivery cannot be made with a credit card.
- Delivery should be no more than two days. (Sorry this is not available to Hokkaido, Okinawa & any remote island.)
- We offer free delivery on orders over 8,000円 in value. (Sorry this is not available to Hokkaido, Okinawa & any remote island.)
- If there is any problem with the quality or quantity ordered, please inform us within three days from the date of delivery. (Sorry but after three days we cannot accept items for return.)
